a person is selling refurbished dell laptops for $250. I believe this is too much money. I know they are old.?

Am I wrong? I don’t have many answers. The laptops are running Windows2000. No programs. No word processor. total blanks as far as I could see. I really don’t want to make people miss a good deal, but I think this is a total ripoff.
